Request deletion of your data

1. Send your request

Write to soporte@hydrachats.com with the subject “Data deletion request — HydraChats”. Include only the information needed to locate the relevant account or conversation:

• The email associated with your HydraChats account, if you have one.
• The name of the page, business or workspace you interacted with.
• The profile name or identifier used in that conversation and an approximate interaction date, if known.
• Whether you request deletion of a particular contact record, conversation or account.

2. Verification and processing

We review the request, verify the relationship to the information concerned and coordinate with the relevant workspace administrator where needed. We will respond under the deadlines that apply to the request. We may ask for limited additional information if the account cannot be identified. Do not send passwords, API keys, access tokens or unnecessary identification documents.

We will explain what was deleted and any information that must be retained for a legal obligation, a dispute or security. Restricted recovery copies may remain in backups while they are needed for operational recovery.

3. Disconnect Meta or another provider

You can also remove the app or revoke its permissions from the connected platform's account or business settings. Revocation stops future access granted by that permission but does not automatically erase information already stored in HydraChats. Send a deletion request for that information.

HydraChats cannot erase a message, account or campaign held directly by Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google or another provider. Use that platform's controls for its own copies.

4. Workspace administrators

If you administer a workspace, review export and deletion options in the app before deleting resources. Deleting a workspace affects its users and data. If your request concerns a customer of another business, identify the business so we can route the request appropriately.
