Terms of service

1. Accounts and authority

You must be authorized to create your account, manage the workspaces you use and connect the channels you administer. Keep credentials confidential and notify soporte@hydrachats.com about suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for the users you invite and the actions taken through your workspace.

2. Responsible use

Use the service lawfully and respect platform permissions, recipient choices and applicable privacy requirements. Do not use HydraChats for fraud, impersonation, misleading representations, unauthorized access or unlawful messages. Obtain the permissions needed to import contacts and respect requests to stop receiving communications.

You retain responsibility for your content, images, links, targeting, automation rules and the claims made in your messages. Review and test a flow before activating it. AI-generated output may be inaccurate and needs appropriate human review.

3. Channels and messaging limits

Third-party platforms control their own permissions, rate limits, messaging windows, eligibility rules and account restrictions. HydraChats cannot guarantee that a platform will accept or deliver a message. A follow-up message does not itself renew a messaging window; a qualifying recipient interaction is required under that platform's rules.

Connected providers may change or suspend their services. Revoking an integration does not cancel campaigns or erase data held directly by the original platform; manage those settings with the provider as well.

4. Fees and third-party services

Fees for HydraChats, if any, are those expressly agreed for your account. Messaging providers, AI services, email providers and other connected services may charge separately. Their charges and conditions are not removed by using HydraChats. No price, trial, refund entitlement or usage allowance applies unless offered for your account or required by applicable law.

5. Your content and information

You retain your rights in content you provide. You authorize the processing necessary to host, transmit and operate that content according to your settings. You must have the rights and permissions needed for that use. Our privacy policy and data-deletion instructions describe information handling and requests.

HydraChats branding and third-party components remain subject to their respective rights and licenses. These terms do not remove rights granted by an applicable open-source license.

6. Availability, suspension and responsibility

We maintain the service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, error-free automation or a particular business outcome. Access may be restricted to address abuse, security problems, legal requirements or a material breach of these terms. Contact support about service interruptions, account closure or a data export before deleting a workspace.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility is limited to harm directly attributable to the service and does not include losses caused by your content, your configuration or third-party platforms. Nothing here excludes rights, obligations or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact soporte@hydrachats.com to resolve a complaint.

7. Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes and will provide notice where required. The version date identifies the current published terms. Any mandatory consumer or data-protection rights continue to apply.
